Maternity wear has an image problem. An extra large one. With seismic body changes happening on a daily basis, it is tough to keep your confidence up whilst you are pregnant, let alone feel sexy and stylish.However,I believe just because you are pregnant and not feeling prime most days, doesn’t mean you can’t rock the clothes you want! Jumpsuits are always a quick pick-me-up for me.
This being the 12th day of the 12 days of Christmas?? and my last post for the year I decided to share some of the lessons I learnt in 2017.
2017 was the year of unlearning. This was my first lesson learn to unlearn and relearn most of what I “know”. To become who you need to be sometimes you have to first become undone, unraveled to your core and figure out who you truly are.
So, a couple of weeks ago I shared a green smoothie video on my Instagram stories and I got a lot of questions about the recipe ok not A LOT a little over five people wanted to know the recipe and that to me qualifies as a lot LOL. Anyway, I decided to do a post on the recipe not only because of that but also because of how simple the recipe is. It is so simple that my initial thought when I came across it on Instagram was, that can’t be right and if it is, it must taste like crap! It required just three ingredients: spinach, orange juice and bananas!
