Happy new month lovelies!
Is it just me or does December make you want to break into a little dance.I have always wanted a pair of boyfriend jeans but I never found any that quite met my preferences. I wanted something slouchy, lose fitted and distressed to no avail till now and I have been living in them. They are such a perfect blend of perfection just the right amount of flare and distress and a mixture of 70s and 90s vibe.WIN!WIN!WIN! When it comes to being comfortable, no jean has your back truly like boyfriend jeans. Loose, cuffed, with just the perfect touch of masculinity—the look works whether you want to keep things ultra-laid back or dressed up.I’ve been a bit under the weather lately therefore sweaters, coats and scarfs have been my jam despite the sun coming out to play hence the decision to marry them to this turtle neck cardigan that I absolutely love(Hi,my name is Rosemary and I’m an addict-oh knits!). I ,however ,can’t wait to style them with more light and airy pieces like tees and off-shoulder tops to really soak in the sun this December!

I believe that when it comes wardrobe essentials the classic white button-down shirt automatically earns a spot at the top of the list. It’s the real deal: the true wear anywhere staple. Tuck it in or let it loose; tie it in knots or fashion an expert cuff – you can’t go wrong with this year-round essential. Trends come and go but the versatility of the white button-down is perpetual.

Hola Beautiful People,
“You can never have too many pullovers” words to live by! The cowl neck sweater is perfect for those days where you want to wear a sweater that basically has a built-in circle scarf. It’s also versatile because the split sides and its light yet warm knit easily creeps into sunny days. Super easy to throw over a pair of jeans or leggings for casual days plus its color blocked so WIN WIN! Whoever says you can’t be both warm and chic on ’em rainy days has not met this sweater!
Think date night, casual dinner or even a movie night this look promises to keep you warm and looking effortlessly stylish in a ‘you didn’t try too much even if you did’ kind of way. If it’s too cold you can always team it with a pair of stockings, throw on a trench coat or a pair of over-the-knee boots to add a bit of drama to your ensemble whatever takes your fancy.
This month’s challenge is a habit that I didn’t exactly make a conscious effort to develop but due to the cold I developed a flu that gave me a dry throat that for a week or so that I would wake up to drinking warm water first thing in the morning. I found it to be so refreshing and energizing that I have been trying to take an extra glass of warm water after my morning routine intake of lemon water.
Lately, I’m drawn to neutral colors, whites, black, grey and mostly navy blue but I still can’t say no to a bit of color from time to time especially if it’s my best color combination coral pink and camel brown. There is just something about this combo that speaks to me, ya know? 🙂
