How is your Labor Day weekend coming along? I am spending mine laboring literary, babysitting my nieces and teaching them how to make crepe/pancakes which basically meant me cooking and them eating! Also this kids can make a girl sweat! Girl, the questions they ask like who knows why the sky is is blue and not yellow it just is right? 😂Next on the list has been binge watching this is us and caching up on the catch 😉.

As I write this article it’s raining heavily I don’t think this outfit is perfect for this kind of weather but then again it’s a blazer dress so I guess it wouldn’t be so far off right? Its fuchsia embellished with cute gold buttons making it a statement piece so just throw on a trench coat and it will take you from work to formal event and coffee after work. Don’t let the rain dull your sparkle!
1. Color blocking to work is daring bonus points if you color block and throw a geo print in the mix!
2. Oversize blazers are real wardrobe heroes especially in this cold weather more so if they are in cobalt blue:-).
3. The contemporary geometric print means that this skirt will look effortlessly stylish dressed up or down.
Setting aside bathroom issues (the pee dance ain’t pretty) I think jumpsuits are hands down the best item of clothing you can own! They not only make you stand out in a way that is effortlessly stylish they make dressing that much easier. With the weather growing cold and dreary, the jumpsuit is becoming less of a trend and more of a staple.
I think it’s safe to say that lately it’s cold enough for me to start layering up and also to use as a perfect excuse for wearing my favorite thing over my second and third favorite things.
