I hope you enjoyed your Easter holidays as much as I did.I spent the last couple of days on the road which meant eating from road sides and food stands mostly, which was interesting and a lot of fun definitely. But being back home I feel ready for a detox and energy booster to help me get back into the groove and normal everyday routine.

It’s no secret…I sort of have a love affair with lemons and I know those close to me would definitely agree because I managed to get them to join my lemonade bandwagon.:-) A little over three years ago I embarked on a journey to make conscious changes in my lifestyle. Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning was one of those changes and it quickly became my go to fix for almost everything from dealing with stomach discomfort, to curing common cold, as an instant sinus remedy (especially), sore throat, heartburn etc. and recently an inexpensive beauty fix! Let’s focus on the beauty part shall we?
Around this time of the year I like to slow down, reminisce about my favorite moments, try to take the time to appreciate all the little and big things that were a part of my life in the past twelve months, and also to draw some conclusions about which kinds of things make me happy and which don’t. I believe in doing a yearly review and as 2015 comes to an end,its the perfect time to reflect and look back on everything I have experienced , discovered and achieved during the last 12 months.
