Drink more Rosemary Tea – I have such a short term memory its crazy. I need help lest I forget my name one of this fine days I kid you not! Research shows rosemary is associated with remembrance and overall improved brain memory and alertness such irony lol.
Laser acne treatment -I am thinking (not a final decision) of taking a more drastic approach with treating acne .I need a lasting solution like I have come to the conclusion that I have hostile skin or we have a hostile relationship with my face. Like we go to bed in good terms all in love and stuff come morning it’s like nope am not feeling this am sorry….
Read more African books – I am currently reading the secret lives of Baba Segi’s wives and it has me laughing like a crazy black woman in the matatu. I am obsessed to say the least… I need more of those in my life!
Listen to more podcasts – some of my favourites are myleik Teele’s podcast,Oprah’s Super soul conversations,The Tim Ferriss Show,Optimal Living daily, etc.I am also on the look out for good finance/investments podcasts to add to my list.
Get my money in order.Have an investment and a saving plan.
Get a passport – I don’t know if y’all heard ?? but I boarded a plane for the first time late last year so I’m feeling really optimistic☺☺?….also there’s power in manifesting your dreams.
Make a physical and digital vision board starting with documenting where I am at the moment.And review at the end of the year.
Visit Takawiri Island in Homabay County! Added it in my bucket list late last year.So dreamy!
Cut off my relaxed ends – last year I decided to start the natural hair journey and I have decided that later this year I will cut off my relaxed ends or big chop! Go big or go home right?
Be more experimental with my hair – try out different hair styles.This has been one of my challenges since I started transitioning.I also want to dye my hair and see if I can do it myself or I’ll end up dying my entire face in the process.
Start a youtube channel – I am an introvert so let’s see how that goes if I don’t chicken out first! What do you think? Yes? No?
Learn how to make samosas. Just Because.
Drink more Purple tea – I have been drinking green tea for a while now I want to switch things up a bit.
Come up with a fitness routine – I need a routine I can stick to on the daily not just my usual random exercise ideas whenever the mood strikes. I want to take it seriously with a timetable, duration, diet the whole shebang!
Finally buy a better camera – it’s about time it got a little more professional around here don’t you think?
Visit the dentist more often – to be honest that is the most neglected part in my body I don’t know the last time,if ever,I went to see a dentist just because.
Purge my wardrobe – I am a horder and an implulse buyer so you can see why this needs to happen ASAP!
