Have you ever written a letter to yourself? You know, the same way you would write a love letter to someone else? Highlighting all the things you are grateful to them for and what you love about them? I know the idea sounds a bit kookoo or whatever but its not the worst idea ever right? I have been thinking about writing an honest letter to myself. A love letter. The kind that would make a stranger fall in love with you even before they have met you! Someday in December I will sit with myself and try my best to recollect the year. I intend to be honest, kind and above all proud of myself because all things considered it has been a pretty darn good year. Focus on all the lessons I’ve learned and how my strength got me through as I celebrate my victories and pat myself on the back with self love and pride. No negativity,no self pity or beating myself down nothing but love baby girl!Nothing but LOVE.
Whenever am dressing up depending on the occasion one of my style tricks is pick one ultra trendy piece and keep the rest fuss free. However as I was styling this cape I thought it deserved all the fuss in the world and something equally outstanding to showcase its awesomeness. I paired it with black leather pants which are not only a tad flashy but also a classic that you can never go wrong in. I love me a good pair of leather pants especially if it is high waist overlooking the sweat storm that accompanies them on a normal day, making them super convenient for this ice age happening in Nairobi lately. I always pair them with something light and airy hence the off shoulder top choice to sort of balance the storm happening in them pants!
Thank you for dropping by and sharing loves
